In December 2006 the company reached an agreement with the Board of Directors of Monstermob, one of its competitors headquarted in the UK, and acquired the company. Monstermob is now a subsidiary of Zed Group.

Also within the group, two subsidiaries are located in Spain: Play Wireless, dedicated to the development of mobile games, and Alvento, focused on providing mobile solutions to businesses.
